Three Service Technicians Receive Honors from Ford Motor Company

TwoRiversFord-TechAwards-fbPostPromoTwo Rivers Ford recently had three technicians win National honors based on their performance from Ford Motor Company! Scott Wolaver, Chris Boles and Michael Himes are three of the top 201 techs in the country!

They went to an event, Professional Technicians Society (PTS) Challenge, where they were judged in three categories. These three categories consisted of Fix-it-Right-the-First-Time Performance, technical training and technical expertise. Our three technicians will be traveling to Dearborn, Michigan for a behind-the-scenes visit with Ford. Some of the activities could include meeting with product development engineers, participating live on the Ford Technical Hotline, witnessing the development of Service Labor Time Standards, visiting an assembly/manufacturing plant, touring a state of the are Ford assembly plant, providing feedback to Ford Customer Service Division staff and management and evaluating vehicles on a Ford test track!

We are proud of all of our technicians for all of the hard work they do day-in and day-out. Next time you see Scott, Chris or Michael make sure to tell them congratulations!
