The study, put on by MBLM, uses a complex model to look at how much customers of top brands love their products. In the 2020 edition, Ford ranks highly among some of the biggest brands on the planet. Plus, with a Brand Intimacy Quotient of 64.9 out of a possible 100, Ford is almost five full points better than the second-highest auto brand.
How much do Ford drivers love their vehicles? Around 22 percent say they can’t live without their Ford. That’s even more impressive when you consider that 61.6 percent say that they’ve been Ford customers for 10 years or less, which means Ford is staying relevant with young drivers. Among drivers between the ages of 18 and 34 years old, Ford was also the top auto brand, and it scored the top spot overall for men.
